Make one of our popular 25 litre styles: Amber Lite,
BrewWeiser,
Keefers Red or Pickard's Red. For a more Specialty
taste try our new 23 litre Belgian Wit and Abbey Dubbel or
Tripel.
Our On-premises
stainless steel brewing kettles, temperature controlled rooms and
proven recipes are designed to produce the best quality finished product. We use only the highest quality malt
extract, domestic and imported grains, imported hops & specialty
yeasts. Brewing your beer takes about 2 hours, or we are licensed to prepare it for you. You just add the yeast, it's that easy.

WINE
MAKING:
With our diverse collection of white and
red premium varieties, each made to exacting standards - with pure
varietal juices and concentrates, you will create some truly
distinctive wines for only a fraction of the commercial cost.
From the alluring Shiraz to the lively Pinot Grigio you'll discover a superb wine to share with friends and
family.
Starting your wine will only take approximately 5-10
minutes. Bottling is fun and easy and done between 5 to 7
weeks, at which time your patience will be rewarded.
We also have many Fruit Wines, Coolers and Ciders available.
WINE MAKING AT HOME:
Why have hazy wine? Rent a mini-jet filter! We also carry all equipment and ingredients for the home wine maker.

A luscious blend
with flavours and aromas of peach, apricot, baked
apple, and pear. This soft white wine also has a
hint of tropical fruit.
Toro ~ Monastrell Tempranillo
Cabernet Sauvignon
Red ripe
fruits with a little bit of anise,
hay/straw, dried prune, cherries and
blackcurrant entice the nose. Coffee
with black pepper or dried leaves
are layered with the sweetness of
fresh cherries and strawberries.
